Four years after The Battle of Varna, the Hungarian King Jan Hunyard, invaded Serbia with his army composed of Hungarians, Wallacians, Polish, and Germans. He entered to the Ottoman territories and came to Kossovo. The first attack came from Jan Hunyard. On the 3^rd day of the battle, the Ottomans defeated Jan Hunyard by a fake withdrawal (19^th October 1448). With the 2^nd Kossovo Battle the Balkans definitely became a Turkish homeland. The crusaders could never tempted to attack the Ottomans again.
