He was the son of Bahadir Giray, and was declared The Khan of Crimea
in 1671. He joined the Ottoman Army in 1671. He was commissioned to capture the Cehrin
Castle. He was dismissed from his duty after he failed. When he was the Crimea Khan for
the second time, he repressed the revolts of the Christians. He resigned after he had
defeated the Austrian army composed 12.000 soldiers. In 1692, he was appointed as the Khan
of Crimea for the third time. He joined the wars made for the Lugos Castle. He left his
duty following the Karlofca Agreement. In 1702, he took the Khan rank for the fourth time.
