He came to Istanbul in as a child, he worked
as a clerk. He was one of the viziers of Sultan Abdülhamid I.
While he was working in Babadagi, he had the rank of master
teacher of the Council of State. As he was very successful in governmental issues, he was
appointed to be the Minister of Interior Issues, in 1779. He was appointed to be vizier in
1782. however, because of the conflicts in the palace, he was dismissed and exiled to
Gallipoli. After a while, he was brought to Tenedos and executed. |
