Russian Char Alexander Nikolayevic II was declared Char just after his father’s suicide following the War of Kirim. Alexander Nikolayevic II, began a widespread reform movement immediately. He established secular primary schools, he reformed law and military systems. After Ottoman- Russian War in 1876-77, revolutionary riots began all around Russia. In March 13 1881 the Char was assassinated by a revolutionary group.
